Weekend Wrap-Up
Alright so unfortunately it’s Monday, and I would like to relive my weekend, because I prefer weekends to week-days ANY DAY!
Friday: Let’s see, M. got home from work and we decided to stay in and cook steak and rice for dinner, because we ordered pizza on Thursday and we knew we’d be going out again on Sunday for Father’s Day. We hung out, grabbed a movie (Shopaholic), and we got ice cream (Chocolate with Extra Cherry Dip, I am soooo in love with this at the moment).
Saturday: We had to take Chevy to the vet to get his ears checked, it turns out he doesn’t have ear mites just a lot of “gunk” in his ears, so we have to use a solution that will help him clean his ears since he hasn’t been doing a good job by himself. (I heart run-0n sentences!) Then we went to town to run some errunds and get some food shopping done! We came home and it had just started to monsoon rain so we stayed in the rest of the night, and I got 3/4 of the way done with my latest book! (Jen Lancaster, Bright Lights Big Ass)
Sunday: Father’s Day, I bought M. a few CD’s and breakfast for Father’s Day. Then his brother came up from the city and we all went out to lunch with M., M.’s brother D., and Mel’s dad to Charlie Browns Steakhouse! They have a FANTASTIC salad bar and parmesan crusted chicken!! YUM!! Then M. and I went to Avenue so I could pick up a few summer shirts for work! It’s getting friggin hot! Other then that we came home and relaxed and had a very nice slow and relaxed weekend!
Come on whoever can make this week go by quicker will be my Bestest Friend!

When we had a mastiff, his ears would bother him all the time so we were constantly cleaning out the gunk (gross!) and using the ear solution too.
Sounds like a fab weekend!
